Hi, thanks in advance for the help. Both pivot bars have broke off. I've sent three photos with the little information I have. Please be in touch. Thanks again.

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. It appears the tip of your pivot bar broke off. That's a very important part that we would need to see. Is there an undamaged version we could see removed from the window sash?

We found this one in another window:

Thank you for waiting while we looked into this. Our 26-316 looks like it could be a good match for your pivot bar. Have a look and let us know if you have any questions.
