Thanks for posting! Your patio sliding glass door roller appears to be an old Allen Stevens roller. This exact model is discontinued and is no longer available. The good news is that we have a very high success rate using the modern 81-005 as a substitute.

Take a look over the dimensions below and compare them to your existing roller to see if this will work for you.
