A contractor from TAMPA, FLORIDA says:

Triple coil balance damaged by window washers.
Unknown manufacturer.
Need help.
Require both styles of balance.
Each side of the window has a different style balance.

Thanks for posting! It appears that you have both a triple coil and double coil assembly in your photos. To confirm, are these both from the same window? 

If so, I'll need to know the window weight to determine which of these is the right replacement for you.
