Hello there!

I'm afraid we don't sell this exact lock. Can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center? I can't promise we'll have a suitable replacement but that measurement will allow us to confirm.

Unfortunately, it's hard to get accurate measurements from photos of a tape measure. Regarding design, the 90-274 and 90-278 have similar hole placements but each has a different installation hole center spacing as shown below. The backset is 11/16".
