Upper Slide

Hi there I have a Pella casement window that is dragging on the bottom left corner (from outside) and the upper slide seems to be loose and causing the issue. Here is a photo. Can you help me determine the part I need?

We do carry a handful of Pella hinges for casement windows, which we've related on this page for you to review. Unfortunately, your hinge appears to differ from the replacements that we offer.
