Velux / Anderson ROTO Window cranks - broken

A home owner from Peterborough, NH says:

Hello,

We recently bought a house with these window cranks which worked fine at first but this one is now

stripped and comes apart if you try to use it. The other one (not pictured) is almost broken as well.

We have 2 others that still work fine. But, we need them all to work! Do you have something that could work here?

Thank you very much!

Hi Katharine, thank you for posting,

We only carry one style of skylight operator which is the 39-379. Please review the style and dimensions below to see if you think this type could work for your window. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions!
