Greeting from Hawaii, I've attached pictures of the window actuator that needs replacing. We have figured out the hinges, part number is 36-004-10.

Thanks for reaching out! There is a chance that we can supply you with the casement operator you need. Although, I am not able to confirm the replacement from the photos of the measurements. 

Your operator looks like it could be an older style operator that is no longer made but I believe you might be able to use the 39-317 Truth Split-Arm Operator. To determine if this might be a fit, carefully review and compare the dimensions below, if they are not a match, I'll need to know the your exact dimensions, as shown below, written out.
