A handy person from Tallahassee Florida says:
Looking for a split arm crank. No manufacturing stamps other than G-U on the bar and a patent number on the underside. These were installed on a vinyl window. I would need several left and right

It appears you have an older GU operator that is no longer made. We recommend reviewing the 39-315 and 39-316 operators as a potential replacement option. Please review the specifications along with the video below to see what you think!
