Would you be able to match new hardware for two windows based on the photos submitted. Please advise. Window sash weighs approximately 14 lbs.

We don't sell your exact pivot shoe but the 15-046 appears to match your thickness and width measurements. As for the pivot bar, take a look at the 26-412, 26-400, and 26-369. Look over the specifications and see if one matches up with what you need.
