Thanks for writing in! The piece here in your photo is the friction shoe typically used with jamb liner springs. Take a look at our 15-104 Caradco Friction Shoe and compare it to your existing hardware to confirm that this is the right replacement.

Unfortunately, we would not be able to supply you with the replacements for the balance springs. If these are for a wood window, you'll need to contact a local mill work that still makes wood windows to inquire about where to obtain a replacement. If these are for vinyl windows, you'll need to contact the window manufacturer.
