We have several broken parts on one of our Alside windows

A home owner from Hamilton, VA 20158 says:

We are trying to find replacement parts for our broken Alside Excalibur window. We are unsure of all the parts associated with the third photo showing the balance block. Besides being broken, it will not hold the window up. We have contacted the original installer who can install for us, but we need to get the parts. He mentioned a coil was needed for the balance block. We purchased these windows in 2002. Hopefully there are still replacement parts available. Thank you, Larry

Hello,

Your original pivot shoe has been discontinued and is no longer available but the good news is that we do have a replacement that will work just as well. See our 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe, which is used with the same S152 coil springs as the discontinued shoe.

As for your pivot bar, I would recommend starting by comparing the 26-226 to yours. See the specifications below and thanks for posting!
