Need to replace this crank unit. It has two arms to support it when the window is open. Threaded piece no longer stays in place. Any suggestions? Thank you

Hello, thank you for posting,

To further review, we will need to see the window open where we can see a bird eye's view of the arm attachments. Thank you!

Thank you for the additional pictures,

Your operator resembles the 39-348 sill mounted awning operator. Please review the overall style and dimensions to confirm a good fit! Let us know if you have any additional questions.
