I'm afraid I don't recognize this exact design. At the very least, there's nothing in our inventory that matches exactly.

I would say our closest option is going to be the 58-173. This looks like it works under the same basic principles, but the size and design are very different. It's also made for a door, not a window, which looks to be what you're working on. You can review its specs below to make a determination.
