Looking these two weather strippings. The windows were made by a company that is no longer in business. They are for wood casement windows.

We did carry a foam seal with a base similar to yours at one time but it has since been discontinued and was replaced by the 58-170B. Take a look at the dimensions below to see if this might work for your repair. Thanks for posting!
