We do not carry an exact replacement for your existing kerf mount weatherstripping but our 58-056E or 58-201 Swinging Door Compression Foam Seals could potentially work as suitable alternatives. Take a look over their dimensions and design to determine if either of these could work for you.

They are each sold in 82" lengths (just under 7ft) and their pricing can be viewed on their respective webpages in the online catalog.
