What parts will replace my coil balance assembly?

A home owner from Minnesota says:

Which parts would you recommend in order to replace the entire coil balance assembly or pivot shoe only for the simonton double hung window in the picture. May need new pivot bar as well to fit new pivot shoe? Thanks!

Hey there! 

I recommend our 15-259 since this is a Simonton brand window. It isn't an exact match for your old shoe but it will still work. The catch is that you have to replace the pivot bar and coil balances but have a look at the video below and let me know if you have any questions!
