If you could open the window so that the operator arms that move the sash are fully visible, that would help us determine if any of our parts would be compatible with your assembly. Thank you! |
Pella Awning
Spend 5 hours trying to get enough information together and send.
Could not upload details so I added pictures separately.
Pella Window says LH Hinge. Found many of your products but have no idea which is correct. Need help.
The handle needs to work and cover the openings near it.
I got a handle at Home Depot Prime-Line used attachment #4 shown on back (3/8 special). It opened the window.
Your company was recommended by other vendors.
Need Help.

Thanks for getting back to us. We did receive your photos but they do not include the top-down image of the operator with the window open and arms fully visible. Since Pella uses mostly brand-specific parts, it's important to determine the exact style to determine if any of our replacement handles and covers would be compatible. |

Your Pella operator resembles the 39-391 at first glance but the style is slightly different. Review the dimensions below to see how they compare to your assembly. We also offer the 39-392 opposite-handed version.
