Hi Lucinda,

Thanks for reaching out! We can provide you with a replacement balance for the balance in your photo, however, they will need to be a custom balance. You have the Series 770 type balance with the 62-105 heavy duty hook attached to the bottom.

There are a few details I'll need to confirm so that I can check pricing and availability, then send the link over to you. To start, I'll need you to confirm the length of the metal channel. I'll also need to know the exact weight of your sash. Your balance stamp cannot be cross-referenced with those for the Series 770 balance. The weight of your sash will help to determine the weight range your balance will need to be able to support to hold your windows up.

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, so it will be important to confirm this information. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance type.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hey, Dom. Jasmine isn't here today but I'll do my best to assist you.

To start, your original balance had a stamp of 2110, which usually indicates a channel length of 22". Can you verify that yours is 23"? It would be very odd for a 23" long balance to have a 2110 stamp.

Furthermore, we don't have a 23" long balance in this style that would be able to properly support a 4 pound sash. That's very, very light and all of our options would end up being too strong, even at the lowest end of the scale. Can you also verify that? Getting the precise weight of the sash, down to the ounce, would be preferable.
