Window Balance Replacement Parts

I have a customer who needs both left and right side double-hung, tilt-in window balances replaced. The channel balance has "28C FB G51" stamped into it. The channel measures 1/2" on all three sides and is 28" long with a string & tackle assembly attached to a 15 1/4" spring.

Thanks for reaching out! The balances your customers has are the Series 770 Channel Balance with a 15-044 Balance Attachment. These will need to be a custom made assembly.
