Your best bet might be to contact the original manufacturer of the window, whoever they may be. I am very sorry that we can't be of help with this repair; please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.

I'm sorry to say we can't help with the assembly shown here nor do we know the brand. The only thing we can offer is the 15-104 friction shoe. If this is for a wood window, your best bet may be to consult a local millwork.
