Hello! Thanks for reaching out to us. From what I see here, you have our S351-18 or S390-18 channel balance. The best match will depend on the depth of the balance's bottom fitting as depicted in the image below. Measure yours and see which one aligns with what you're looking for. You will also need the 1730 spring strength option.
