Thanks for reaching out to us! I believe we can supply this balance, but the design of your bottom fitting is a little peculiar for this configuration. Before we go any further I just want to be 100% sure that I'm getting you the right part. To that end, can you show me a clear picture of the underside of that shoe? I'm really just trying to see if the pulley system is built into the shoe or whether its a separate piece. Thank you!

Perfect, thank you. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-31 or S385-31, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
