Hi there, Ruben.

If you're having trouble uploading to the part identifier, you can email your photos to help@swisco.com with reference number D297210. I also recommend watching the video below which will go over the details we're looking for in order to ID your balances.

Thank you for the photos! They're a huge help. Our Series 395 appears to be a match. You'll want to select the 2640 option for the 27" balance and the 1150 option for the 12" balance. If you have any questions just let me know!

Ok got it bit probaby you didn't got all the pictures because the ones you got are damaged and for the bigers window w/ number 26 4, because the both plastic on both ends a regular one has a little wings both sides this one I am attaching is a normal I think, notice on both ends the difference vs series 395 also this 27" channel for smaller window has a different # 26 3 plus BSI andf PP and the 12" one as you know has 11 5 plus BSI & PN which I am attaching a pictures as well here are 5 photos fallow with on an other 4 more photos

Oh, thanks for clarifying! The fact that your bottom fitting has wings changes my recommendation. Based on these new photos of your undamaged balance, you could indeed have either the Series 380 or Series 385 channel balance. I just can't eyeball the depth of your bottom fitting from photos so you will have to measure as shown below to determine the best match.
