Window Clips for metal windows

A home owner from Nashville, TN says:
Hello...
I'm looking to replace these clips at the top of my single hung window. They are tilt out. Metal frames. The first 3 pics are of a broken clip, pic 4 is where it goes on the window, and pic 5 is an intact clip. They seem to snap into the grooves in the window sash. I don't have any manufacturer info, but the house was built in about 1990 and these windows are original.
