Thanks for posting. I believe this is an old ROTO operator that uses a male folding handle like our 39-226. Take a look and see if you think this matches what you need. Note however that there's a decent chance the operator itself might need to be replaced; you see, often what happens is the collar around where the handle fits into breaks down, but the handle itself is fine. Unfortunately it's not possible to repair this collar; we'd have to then explore replacing the entire operator. We may be able to help with that, but we'd need to see a picture of the entire assembly, including the link arm(s) which push and pull the window sash. Note that the replacement operator would use a different handle, and not the 39-226. So if it comes to this, let us know, send us a picture of our entire operator assembly, and we'll be happy to take a look.
