Hello, Thanks for reaching out to us! Your exact window operator has been discontinued and is no longer made. Unfortunately, Andersen has confirmed that they do not carry a direct replacement for it. That said, our best replacement recommendation is the 39-264 Andersen Split Arm Crank used along with the 39-362 Andersen Casement Operator Adapter Plate. The adapter plate is typically used to install the recommended operator on Andersen windows made between 1995 and 1998. Keep in mind, this installation may require some modifications to install since the link arm and the base are so different from one another. We have not received confirmation that it will work as a suitable replacement and I cannot make any guarantees that it will but it is the closest match we have. The compatible cover is the 39-152 Andersen Classic Operator Cover and there are two replacement crank handles to choose from; the 39-267 Andersen Classic Handle or the 39-286 Casement Window Handle.
