Window Hardware Needed

A home owner from Connecticut&Florida says:
Good Afternoon,
I have Milestone Series 1000 Single Hung Impact windows in need of some new hardware. I purchased Series 372 channel balances from you in 2016, but these did not fit correctly. I've attached photos of the channel balance which carries a code of LB 28F. In addition, I've attached a photo of the plastic window trim that surrounds the glass (img 0329). Finally, pic img0114 shows a clip that seems to hold the channel balance within the window frame. I believe that these are attached to the window frame by a Philips head screw. Any assistance you could provide on identifying the correct parts would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Michael

You would need our S380-29 balance for your Milestone 1000 window with a 2860 option for the spring weight. Compare our 18-180 top sash guide and 55-206 snap-in glazing to your existing hardware.
