The square end of the shaft on the lever is worn out and will no longer move the cam.
The word "Truth" is cast into the backplate and the number R20156 is stamped on the cam.

Hello,

We have come across this casement window lock in the past but have not been able to locate an exact match. I suspect that it may be an older version of our 38-097 and 38-098. Look over the specifications below and see what you think. If so, you would also need new 38-079 keepers to work with them. Thanks for posting!

Hello,
I ordered a new latch and keeper and the latch fits in the cutout for the old lock. However, the vertical location of the new keeper appears to be different than that of the previous one. Do you have a drawing that shows the keep position with respect to the latch so I can drill the correct screw holes?

Unfortunately, we do not have a diagram showing the placement of the keeper, which would depend on the specifications of your window, but it should be installed in more or less the same place as your original keeper.
