Window Latch for MI window

A home owner from Allen, TX says:

Need 1 window latch for MI double hung window. Manufacturer is: "MI Windows and Doors". Our house was built in 2017. The latch color is "Clay". The metal part of latch has "L 3" embossed. Please see attached pictures.

Hey there!

We may be able to help with this lock depending on the dimensions for it. Can you write out the distance between the two installation holes measured from center to center? That should allow us to narrow down some options in our inventory.
