The window brand is Caradeco. The windows will not slide open. As you can see, the window also can open inwards for cleaning. I also attached the part that fell off one of our windows and is the mechanism to slide open the windows.

We have 10 windows so will need 20 pieces of the sliding mechanism. Please let me know if you're able to get the parts.
