Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-35 or S385-35 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 3440 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

We also offer the 16-002 take-out clip commonly used with these types of balances. If you need new to sash guides as well, we'll need to see photos of an intact guide removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Great, then you would need the S385-35 (3440) channel balances. The 3440 is the strength option that you'll choose on the balance product page that indicates the spring strength needed to support a window sash between 23-30 lbs. 

As for your top sash guides, take a look and compare the specifications of the 18-178 pair to yours.
