Thanks for getting back to us. Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-180 shown below, which uses the S190 coil springs and supports related on this page. There should be numbers stamped on your original coils that correspond to one of our strength options.

Your 932 coil stamp would generally correlate to the S190-940, which would support a sash that weighs about 36 pounds if your window uses two coils on each side.
