Please review the dimensions of the 15-180 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 190 coil springs. Also see the 15-186 balance clip, 15-182 bushing and 15-240 air pad if needed.

If you need assistance with choosing the correct weighted coil option, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward. Thank you!

Hi I am not sure of weight as it is a client home. The original shows 2 springs. Need to get this ready for sale. Which parts should I order?

Unfortunately I cannot confirm the weighted springs needed without knowing the sash weight or if there are any number stampings on the metal itself, this may indicate.
