Thanks for posting. I'm sure we can help, but I need just a little more information. First, it appears from the photo that the stamp on the balance reads '2320z'. Is that correct? Check the other balance in this window to see if the stamp is clearer to discern. Second, I'd like closer pictures of the fittings on both ends of the balance--for the top fitting especially, I'd like shots of it from the front and side, just to confirm we know exactly what kind of nylon fitting it is. From there I should be able to narrow this down for you. Many thanks.

Thanks for getting back to us with the photos. At first glance this looks like an S377-24, which uses the 19-018 Pan Am Top Fitting and 15-005 1" deep shoe. The shoe, however, gives me pause. Your shoe's depth looks like it may be less than 1". I'd like you to confirm this. The depth is the measurement of the shoe from its 'heel' to 'toe'. See the diagram below for reference. If the depth of the shoe is less than 1", we can still help, but none of our stock balances have this configuration so we'd have to provide these for you via custom order. Let's confirm that shoe depth before proceeding either way.

It's tough to tell from just a photo of a tape measure, but your shoe depth appears to be 1" to my eye. You should triple check for yourself, but if I'm right then our S377-24 should be a good fit for this application.
