Hello! We carry this balance assembly, but the components are all sold separately. The benefit of that is that you only need to replace what's broken and reuse the rest. 

See our 15-087 pivot housing, 15-086 secondary housing, and Series 180 coil spring. Note that the spring itself is an exception to the rule I just described; if you end up having to replace even one spring, you should replace all of them, even on the other side of the window. You never want to mix old and new springs.

Other than that, it's safe to reuse any housing components that are undamaged.
