Hey there,

Thanks for posting! Your balances remind me of our Series 370 Channel Balances with a 19-004 Top Guide and a 15-002 wingless shoe. Although, the top guide is a bit damaged, so you may want to find an undamaged balance to confirm that this is the right replacement.

If this is the right balance, you'll need the S370-25. To select the stop, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings. This is used to determine the weight range your balances need to be able to carry to support the weight of your sash.
