Hello!

Your balance looks like a match for our Series 795 and your shoe resembles our 15-195B open cam T-lock shoe. Compare the dimensions to confirm. I know you said your balance is 25" but is that for the entire length of the balance including the plastic fittings? Can you confirm the length for only the metal channel?

Your stamp is a bit odd and doesn't match any of our standard options. Can you obtain the weight of your sash and tell us? That will help us confirm the appropriate stamp option.

One important detail to note is that the Series 795 attaches to the top of the track using a screw, not a hook. If yours needs a hook then let me know; we can still help but your balance will have to be custom made.

Thank you!

Great, thanks! We'll just need you to obtain the weight of your sash, whenever you can, to confirm the appropriate stamp option.

A professional from Charlotte says:
The weight of the sash should be between 20 and 28 lbs

There are three stamp options for the S795-25 that fall between those ranges, I'll list them below:

C 17 to 22 lbs

D 22 to 25 lbs

E 25 to 28 lbs

However, I'm not sure which one you need. I suggest getting the exact sash weight to determine the best option.
