Window balance

A purchasing agent from Dixon, CA says:

I am looking for this window balance, but i am not sure if the one i found on your website is the right one. The metal bar measures 24" and i think it is the Series 351 possibly 2310.

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears you have either our Series 351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or Series 390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. 

Based on the stamp, you should need a 24" balance with a 2350 stamp option. A 2350 stamp can support a 23 to 27 lb window sash. I recommend obtaining the weight of the sash to confirm. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
