Window balance does not match your selection

A home owner from Westminster, CO says:

I have a 21" long balance 9/16" wide. One end looks similar to one of yours but the bottom end does not. I have included photos of both ends.

There is a chance that we can supply you with the replacement balances you need however, I'll need to confirm a few details to determine that. To start, please confirm if the channel is a plain channel or a ribbed channel. If you are uncertain of this, please send a photo of the back of the channel. 

Also, the shoe appears to be damaged. It would help to see a photo of an undamaged shoe to be able to ensure we are providing you with the correct replacements.

The last piece of information I'll need to know is the stamp from the meal channel.
