Window balance replacement

One of my rental has a not functioning window and the balance needs to be changed

Thanks for posting. See our S380-29 or S385-29. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the measurement from heel-to-toe. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both with your old balance to see what matches best. In either case for a new stamp option go with 2830. Let me know if you have any questions, or if your balance's shoe has a depth that is different than either of these choices.
