Thanks for posting! The attachments you have here appear to be the 19-001 top guide and the 15-008 bottom shoe attached to the Series 700 Channel Balance. Since the shoes are detached from the balances, its likely you'll need to replace the entire channel balance assembly.

To confirm which balance you need, you'll need to confirm the length of your metal channel as well as the stamp from the balance.
