Hello, thank you for posting,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You will need a 22" balance with a 2130 stamp option. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions!

The bottom attachment is 1 3/32". So that would make it a series 385 unit. I need to order 3 sets of these. Do I call in the order or can you handle this for me? I much appreciate your assistance here.

Hey there, Lauren isn't here today but I'll do my best to assist you.

This appears to be a similar configuration as what you showed Lauren back in March, so the same principles behind identification still apply. This will be either our Series 380 or Series 385, depending on the size of the shoe. Assuming that it's an identical window to the one you repaired before, other than size, then Series 385 is what you should consider.
