Window channel balance

A quick learner from Florida says:
Hello, please can you tell me if you have 2 channel balance's and to include 2 plastic inserts as in the picture. The windows weight is 24 lbs. Let me know if you need any further info.

Sure, what you show here looks like a match for our S380-37 or S385-37 channel balance. The best option will depend on the depth of the bottom fitting as shown in the image below. 

I'm unable to make out the stamp on the metal channel but if the sash weight is 24 pounds, you would want the 3640 spring strength option. A pair of balances with this option will support a sash weighing 23 to 30 pounds.

As for the top sash guide, our 18-161 appears to be a good match but take a look and let me know if you have any questions.
