Hello! Can't identify this part.
There is only one littering "3030"

Hello,

It looks like you have either our S351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need.

Your stamp code would generally indicate that you need 3030 spring strength options for your replacement balances. With that being said, a 3030 stamp would generally correspond to a balance with a 31" long metal channel, not including the end fittings. I would recommend double-checking your length measurement to confirm if that is the case.

It also looks like you have a broken top sash guide. We may be able to provide a replacement but we would need to see an undamaged guide removed from one of your windows to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Hi, Casey!
I ordered the attached balances, thank you for help.
But I also need stoppers (do not know how to call them correct). I attached the photos.
Could you identify this?

I'm glad to hear that you were able to determine the correct replacement balances. It seems like you are still referring to the top sash guides that hold the balances in place below the sash. There is a good chance that we can supply a replacement but, as we mentioned, we'll need to see an undamaged version removed from one of your windows to compare to our inventory. See the video attached to our last response to help you through the process.
