Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see your coil springs, as well as the pivot shoe that they attach to, removed from the window to compare to our inventory. As for the weight, there should be numbers stamped on the original coils that correspond to our strength options. If not, we'll need to know the exact weight of your window sash to determine the correct strength options. See the videos related on this page to assist you.

Thanks for getting back to us. Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-228, which is compatible with the 1/2" thick Series 160. If yours is stamped with 5.5, you would need the S160-05. The corresponding covers can be viewed in the related items section. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.
