Window coil system

It's the shoe and the upper coil. The upper piece says parent number 6,978,169 and is 1.25 inches wide. I don't see any markings on the shoe, unfortunately.

Thank you! I think that's it. Do I just need to order 2? I can't imagine I need anything else, but want to make sure.

If the balance is all that's broken, then that will be all you need to replace. We do recommend replacing the balances on both sides of the window since if one is broken, the other is most likely close behind.
