Window crank

A quick learner from Canton, IL says:
These louvered windows/jalousie operated windows are on my daughters enclosed back porch & some won't close and seem to be broken. Is there anyway to identify what parts may need to be replaced or how to fix these?

Hello,

The installation hole pattern of your awning operator is a bit out of the usual but a few possibilities come to mind. I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 39-056, 39-084, and 39-432 to yours. Be mindful of the size of the hole at the end of the link arm, which would be a determining factor, along with the distance between the installation holes. Also, note that one of the installation holes on the bottom of your assembly is positioned in line with the housing, while our replacements have that hole protruding to the side. This could be a dealbreaker depending on if you would be able to align one of our replacements to match the installation holes in your window. Look them over and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you.
