Window crank parts identification - L and R hand versions needed throughout house.

A home owner from Lanesborough, MA says:
Hi, I was unable to uninstall these yet - it's dark and winter and quite cold up in western Massachusetts right now. Hoping that you can identify with what I've provided. If I need to uninstall, I'll try this weekend.

These have a beige plastic cover that says Crestline.

There is a marking that says "truth" on the base piece. The window trim cutout is about 5"W x 1"H x 3"D (depth is from front of metal plate to back of pocket).

The gears are worn out and really only function to open the windows.

Thanks a million!

Hello there!

We should be able to help with this. I just can't identify what you have here based on these photos. Would it be possible to see a photo of the window open, showing a full view of the operator's arms?

A home owner from Lanesborough, MA says:
Thank you!

Please see the attached photos. One has a close-up with a number stamped into a shorter arm.

Great, thank you for the additional photos! I recommend either the 39-031/39-032 or the 39-155/39-156 operators depending on the length of the link arm. Take a look at the specifications and see which ones align with yours.

Thank you so much!
