Thanks for posting. You only shoe the top fitting in your photos. However you seem to be indicating that the depth of the bottom fitting, or shoe, is 1". If the bottom fitting looks like the one pictured below, and if it is 1" deep as measured below, then you have an S380-30 Channel Balance. For a stamp option choose 2940. If the shoe looks different in any way, or if the depth is lesser or greater than 1", please tell us and send photos.
