Hello,

Your casement operator hardware resembles the 39-107 cover and 39-114L handle that attaches to an 11/32" diameter spline. As for your lock, take a look and compare the specifications of the 38-097 to yours. We also offer the 38-098 opposite-handed version and the 38-079 keeper used with both locks. Thanks for posting!
